PEORIA, Ill. -- In this week's Manhunt Monday, police want your help finding 26-year-old Jerwayne Moore.
Moore is wanted on a felony weapons charge, forgery, and unlawful possesion of cannabis.
Moore is described at 5-foot-7, and 110 pounds.
His last known address is the the 1200 block of Brons in Peoria.
