The sheriff's office is also looking for 26-year-old James Monroe Lane.
Lane is wanted on charges of intent to deliver cannabis and unlawful possession of cannabis.
A warrant was issued for his arrest in April.
He is described as a black male, 5'9", 163 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, often wears a beard and has over 11 tattoos.
His last known address is 521 Alexander in Peoria.
