Ricky J. Richardson, 19, of 1517 W. Martin in Peoria, is wanted by the Peoria County Sheriff's Office for theft and burglary.
Richardson is described as a black male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
