28-year old Alan J. Otterstorm is wanted by the Peoria County Sheriff's Department on a charge of Domestic Battery with bodily injury.
Otterstorm's last known address was 2138 N. Deleware in Peoria. He is described as being six-feet tall and weighing 194 pounds with hazel eyes and black hair. He has a tatoo on his left arm and his right hand.
Otterstorm was arrested in September of 2008.
