31 year old Lamar Bailey is wanted for possession of a controlled substance.
Bailey was arrested in September of 2010 and has failed to show up for his court date.
His last known address was 1304 W Howett in Peoria. He is described as being 5-feet 10-inches, weighing 165 pounds, with black ear length hair, a mustache and goatee. He also has some tattoos.
