PEORIA, Ill. -- Authorities are searching for 24-year-old Tara Gladwell is wanted on theft charges.
Gladwell is 5'01", 150 pounds, and goes by the alias of Tara Fairwell.
Her last known address was in the 100 block of Espenschild Street in Creve Couer.
