PEORIA, Ill. -- Authorities in Peoria County are looking for Kerstan Leach.
The 25-year-old is wanted for unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Leach is 5'03", 130 pounds.
Her last known address was in the 600 block of South Main Street in East Peoria.
