Charles Wesley Bradley, Jr., 45, of 2128 W. Manor Parkway in Peoria, is wanted by the Peoria County Sheriff's Department for forgery and theft greater than $300 but less than $10,000.
Bradley, Jr. is described as a black male, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
