Daniel Moore, 30, of 2325 W. Starr St., in Peoria, is wanted by the Peoria County Sheriff's Department for armed robbery charges.
Police say they believe Moore was among four men who took part in an armed robbery at the Flat Top Grill in Peoria on June 27, 2010.
Employees were herded into a walk-in cooler while the robbers took an undisclosed amount of money from the restaurant.
Moore is described as a black male, 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Police say Moore should be considered "armed and dangerous."
