22 year-old Duane L. Schaffer of 1317 S. Westmoreland Avenue in Peoria, is wanted by the Peoria County Sheriff’s Department for battery.
Schaffer is described as a black male with brown eyes and a medium build. He is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 165 lbs. He also has a tattoo on his abdomen that says ‘greaz’.
