Jerry Smith, 23, of 1407 S. Western, in Peoria, is wanted by the Peoria County Sheriff's Department for unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Smith is described as a black male, 6 feet tall, weighing 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes..
