48-year old Richard D. Garske is wanted for two counts of failure to appear.
Garske failed to appear on counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a revoked license and aggravated DUI. He was originally arrested in November of 2005.
Garske's last known address was 1428 N. Vaughn Avenue in Peoria. He is described as being five-feet nine-inches and weighs 170 pounds. He has blue eyes and blonde hair.
