James Eakes Hightower, 32, of 2615 W. Garden in Peoria, is wanted by the Peoria County Sheriff's Department for unlawful possession and delivery of a controlled substance.
Hightower is described as black male, 6 feet tall, weighing 280 pounds with black hair (last pictured almost bald) and brown eyes.
