Darcy Lee Morris, 33, of 3800 W Virden Ct. in Peoria, is wanted by the Peoria County Sheriff's Office for retail theft.
Morris is described as a black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
He has two teardrop tattoos underneath his left eye.
His bond is set at $20,000.
