PEORIA, Ill. -- Each week, WEEK and HOI 19 team up with the Peoria County Sheriff's Office in a search for people with outstanding warrants in "Manhunt Monday."
This week Police are looking for Tommy Armstrong.
The 44-year-old is wanted for battery, driving on a suspended license, and expired registration. Armstrong is 6 feet tall, 190 pounds.
