PEORIA, Ill. -- Wanted in this week's Manhunt Monday is 32-year-old Carrie Miller.
Miller is wanted on a retail theft charge.
She is described as 5-foot-4, 115 pounds, with blonde hair, blue eyes.
Miller's last known address is in the 100 block of Trojan in Avon.
