Delvin Deshawn Frazier, 25, of Peoria, is wanted for arrest by the Peoria County Sheriff's Office for charges of possesion and intent to deliver cannabis.
Frazier is described as a black male, standing at five-foot seven-inches tall with collar length black hair and brown eyes.
