PEORIA, Ill. -- In this week's Manhunt Monday, police are seeking 48-year-old Twila Jo Williams.
She's wanted on a warrant after she violated her probation on felony theft charges.
Williams is 5' 7" and 165 pounds.
Her last known address is in the 1600 of West Butler in Peoria.
