This week's alleged fugitive is 39-year-old Martine Lutilo.
The Sheriff's office says Lutilo has an extended criminal history.
He failed to appear in court in December to answers to multiple charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.
He has also been arrested for driving on a revoked license, domestic battery and resisting arrest.
His last known address is 5229 Montclair Street in Peoria Heights.
He is described as Hispanic, 6 feet tall, 180 pounds with black hair.
