Carlton Neely,19, is wanted on residential burglary and theft charges.
He was indicted for the crime in November of last year.
His last known address is 3710 West Hedgehill Lane in Peoria.
He is described as 6-feet tall, 175 pounds with brown eyes and a medium build.
