MCLEAN CO., Ill. -- Authorities are looking for 19-year-old Joshua Rials in McLean County.
He is wanted for a failure to appear on cannabis manufacturing and delivery charges.
Rials last known address was in the 900 block of West Mulberry Street in Bloomington.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Joshua Rials should contact McLean County Crimestoppers at 309-828-1111.
Callers can remain anonymous and are eligible to receive a cash reward if the information given leads to an arrest or grand jury indictment of a felony offender.
