The Peoria County Sheriff''s Office is looking for Terry Deshione Anthony.
The 25-year-old is wanted on driving under the influence of drugs and driving on a revoked license charges.
He is described as a black male, 6" tall, 170 pounds. He was black hair and brown eyes.
His last known address is 1323 Barker Avenue in Peoria.
