The Peoria County Sheriff's Office is looking for 28-year-old Ryan Garcia.
He is wanted on unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
A U.S. Marshall task force has been trying to locate him to and has been unable to.
He is described as a white male, 6'2" tall and 230 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
