Twenty-eight-year-old Natasha Williams is wanted for aggravated battery and obstructing identification.
Williams is 5 foot 2 inches tall, 104 pounds, and has two scars on her neck.
Her last known address was on the 2700 block of West Homboldt in Peoria.
