NORMAL, Ill -- 13th Congressional District Republican Candidate Rodney Davis joined Adam Kinzinger, a Republican Candidate running for the 16th Congressional Cistrict at the Coffee Hound on North Street.

Kinzinger says it's time for smaller government, one that protects you and provides infrastructure for future growth.

"What we've seen lately is a bigger, more bloated, and bureaucratic government, we need to get people back to work, work toward a balanced budget, and you do that by putting government in line with where it needs to be and we also talk about north american energy security, and be able to provide our own energy," said Kinzinger.

If elected, Kinzinger says his number one priority is job creation.

He faces Democratic Candidate Wanda Rohl.
