Illinois House Committee again endorses funding for presidential museum

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. -- On Wednesday, an Illinois House Committee again endorsed a $100 million incentive plan to lure Barack Obama's presidential library to Chicago.

House Speaker Mike Madigan believes the public money will be well spent But public funds have never been used to build a presidential library before.

The plan now goes to the House floor.
