Illinois Senate Approves Congressional Map

The Illinois Senate has approved the democratic drawn Illinois Congressional Map.

The map would put part of Peoria, East Peoria and Pekin in the 17th District currently represented by Congressman Bobby Schilling.

The 18th District would shift to include parts of McLean County.

It now goes to the Governor for final approval.
