CHICAGO, Ill -- There are reports now that Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. is willing to resign from office, if he gets a disability package.

That report from the Chicago Fox station, while United Press International reports that his fellow legislators don't expect Jackson back at all.

The Chicago Democrat is no longer at the Mayo clinic, but his whereabouts are unknown.

Other politicians, including Illinois Senator Dick Durbin, have called on Jackson to speak publicly about his situation, his plans, and the reported federal investigation against him.
