Last day to register to vote in Peoria County is October 9

PEORIA, Ill -- The Peoria County Clerk's Office reminded Peoria County residents Wednesday that the last day to register to vote is October 9.

Those voters who have moved must transfer their registration to their current address by October 9. Persons who will be age 18 by November 6 and wish to vote in the General Election must also register by October 9.

Registration locations and information is available at www.peoriavotes.com.  Voters must be registered at their current residence.
