BLOOMINGTON, Ill. -- A local state representative is urging his fellow house members to include judges in pension reform.

On Monday, state Representative Dan Brady sent a letter to every member of Illinois' pension reform committee urging them to include the judge's retirement system in any pension reform plan they recommend to the general assembly.

Recent reform efforts have left the judge's retirement system out of the mix.

In his letter, Brady said it is "unfair" for four pension systems to be changed while one is left alone.
