SPRINGFIELD, Ill. -- Just days after the Pension Reform summit meeting between the Governor, Senate President and House Speaker, there's been a change to the pension bill approved by Senators and rejected by the House.

It's doubtful Senate President John Cullerton thinks it's an improvement.

House Speaker Mike Madigan essentially took the Senate bill, gutted it, and inserted his own bill.

So, the choice for Illinois lawmakers when they meet on June 19th will be Madigan's bill, or a bill combining Madigan's plan and Cullerton's plan.
