Normal candidates put in their name for Feb. primary

NORMAL, Ill. -- Candidates in Normal filed their petitions for the February primary on Monday.

For the Normal Mayor position, Incumbant Chris Koos will face off against Victor Conner.

Additionally, for three council seats, will be Incumbant Kevin McCarthy against Jarrod Rackauskas, Scott Preston, and Gary Ohler.
