Monday was the deadline to file for a spot in next April's city council election.
According to our partners at News Radio 1470, longtime councilman Gary Sandburg filed about 30 seconds before the 5 p.m. deadline.
Three others filed for at-large spots early Monday, including Beth Akeson, Andre Williams and CJ Summers.
Incumbents Ryan Spain and Eric Turner already filed, along with former councilman Chuck Grayeb, current district 150 school board member Jim Stowell, and newcomers Chuck Weaver and George Azouri.
The election is April 5Th.
