PEORIA, Ill. -- Although election officials say things are running smoothly on Election Day, some Bradley University students encountered a slight problem when it came their polling location.
Election officials at Westminster Presbyterian Church on Moss Avenue say an e-mail was sent out to Bradley students telling them to vote at the church.
Official Terry Abercrombie says some students have moved within the area, meaning their polling location has moved.
Although that is a small problem, other issues have also risen.
"Some of the people from Chicago come and try to vote here. They don't have residency and they think they can vote here," said Abercrombie.
Election officials remind those that still have yet to vote to check their voter registration card for their correct polling location.
