WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The Supreme Court ruled on the Affordable Health Care Act Thursday morning, upholding the law in a vote of 5 to 4, reports NBC and ABC news.
Initial reports suggested the High Court struck down the Individual Mandate portion of the law, which would have required all Americans to have HealthCare.
However, NBC reports that mandate may be upheld by congressional tax authority.
This story will be updated as more information becomes available.
