PEORIA, Ill -- Second District Peoria City Councilwoman Barbara Van Auken will seek a third term around the horseshoe.
In a release Wednesday, Van Auken stated that she enjoys working for her constituents and believes that she will continue to represent them well.
She said she will release more information about her campaign in mid-November.
Former At-large City Councilman Chuck Grayeb announced last week that he will also run for the second district seat.
