BLOOMINGTON, Ill. -- Bloomington could be teeming with road construction this summer.

That's if the city council approves a $3.5 million street improvement plan Monday evening.

According to the Pantagraph, the plan would allow for sections of 26 different streets and three alleys to be resurfaced.

Among those slated for work are Ireland Grove Road from Towanda Barnes to Kickapoo Bridge, and North Pointe Drive from Harbor Pointe Circle to Fort Jesse.
