PEORIA, Ill -- The Illinois Department of Transportation announced Friday that drivers will encounter flashing red signals in all directions at various points of the day September 11 at the intersection of US 24 and IL 8 in Washington.
The overall project at the intersection is expected to be completed by the end of October.
Please slow down and use extreme caution while driving through all work zones.
