The City of Peoria says paving operations will continue until Friday, October 7 in the intersection of Glen Avenue and University Street.
Turns and through traffic patterns will be restricted daily due to road work, which may cause delays of up to 20 minutes at a time.
Motorists are encouraged to find an alternative route if possible and to use extreme caution through this and every work zone.
