PEORIA, Ill -- The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) announced Friday that the northbound driving lane of IL 40 at Elaine Ave. in Peoria will be closed from Tuesday, April 17 to Friday, April 20.
The lane closure is necessary to repair a water main.
