PEORIA, Ill. -- The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) announced Monday that on April 9 at 6 a.m. IL 9 from IL 97 East of Cuba, IL to IL 41 North of Bushnell will be closed to road traffic.
The closure can be expected to last until April 16, weather permitting. Road crews need the closure to replace a cross road culvert.
There will be a posted detour for both west and east bound traffic.
Please exercise extreme caution when driving through work zones.
