The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) announces that a portion of IL 94 approximately two miles north of Stronghurst in Henderson County will be reduced to one lane, beginning Tuesday, May 17th.

The lane reduction is necessary for bridge work and will be in place for approximately the next 10 months. Traffic will be controlled by temporary traffic signals while this project is underway. A width restriction of 10 feet, six inches will be in place and signs will be posted to indicate this to motorists.

Please slow down and use extreme caution while driving through all work zones.
