PEORIA, Ill.-- City staff reminds motorists to drive carefully as crews are maintaining primary streets and hills with salt treatments.
Snow is expected to continue until Thursday afternoon, with temperatures dropping to the lower teens during the day. These low temperatures will result in slippery street pavements.
Please use caution when traveling, and reduce the speed of your vehicle in snow-covered streets.
