PEORIA CO. Ill. -- The Peoria County Highway Department is requesting motorists avoid the area of Murphy Road due to a closure now in place.
Crews are repairing the bridge located approximately 1.5 miles north of IL Route 116.
This closure will be in effect until further notice.
