Upcoming lane closures will be in effect on I-74 at the Murray Baker Bridge on the following dates and times:
· Monday, October 3 and Tuesday, October 4: The westbound driving (right) lane will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
· Wednesday, October 5 and Thursday, October 6: The eastbound driving (right) lane will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The Illinois Department of Transportation says these closures are weather dependent and are necessary for routine bridge inspections.
Please slow down and use extreme caution while driving through all work zones.
