Effective April 21, road work will begin on the Northmoor and Sheridan Road Imrpovement project.
Because of the road work, motorists should be aware of detours in effect in the following areas:
* Northmoor Road between Sheridan Road and University Avenue will be one-way westbound.
* Northmmoor Road between Sheridan Road and Knoxville Avenue will remain two-way.
* Sheridan Road north of Northmoor Road will be one-way southbound to Lindbergh School.
* Sheridan Road south of Northmoor Road will remain two-way.
Anyone with questions are encouraged to call Peoria Public Works Department at 494-8801.
Remember to be aware of workers in construction zones and proceed with caution.
