PEORIA, Ill. -- Motorists should be aware of intermittent lane closures on the Shade-Lohmann Bridge, beginning Monday, March 5.
The Illinois Department of Transportation said the closures are necessary for crews to perform routine inspections of the bridge.
Westbound lane closures are effective from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day until March 9. The eastbound lanes will have closures from March 10 through 14.
All work is weather dependent.
As always, please slow down and use extreme caution while driving through all work zones.
