EAST PEORIA, Ill. – Traffic should be aware of flashing red signals in the intersection of IL 116 and Marina Lane in East Peoria.
The Illinois Department of Transportation says the westbound driving lane will be closed Friday, November 4 from 8:30 am until approximately 1 pm.
The lane closure will be in effect as a traffic signal is replaced. The traffic signals at this intersection will be flashing red in all four directions with stop signs while the work is being completed and motorists should be prepared to stop.
Please slow down and use extreme caution while driving through all work zones.
