PEORIA, Ill. -- On Tuesday, July 24, the traffic pattern on I-74, just west of Sterling Avenue, will change.
According to IDOT, traffic in both directions will be moved to share the I-74 eastbound lanes so work can begin on the westbound bridge deck, which carries I-74 over a railroad crossing.
As always, please slow down and use extreme caution while driving through all work zones.
