PEORIA, Ill. -- City crews must make concrete repairs at Washington and MacArthur beginning Tuesday, November 15, 2011.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane on east bound Washington Street and north bound on the Cedar Street Bridge.
The work is expected to take five days.
